I'm Janice and I sew clothes from vintage sewing patterns. I like: jiu jitsu, sewing, Bean (Esteemed Kitty Sewing Assistant), knitting, making iPhone apps & overcast days.

I hope so! I had some doubts since yellow is a departure from my usual colours, but we'll see how it goes. The yellow seersucker is lightweight and has excellent drape but looks a little see-through in a certain light. It's too fussy to line a wearable muslin (I think) so I'll probably have to wear it with a slip.

Esteemed Sewing Assistant loves sewing! He's always sitting on whatever project I'm working on at the moment.

Of course, Esteemed Sewing Assistant believes you are doing all this for his/her convenience!
This is a neat pattern - I love the side buttons and scallops.
