I recently got this more modern pattern from the 60s and thought it had interesting curved seams and edges. I’ll probably convert the gathers to pleats in the waist area. It has no instructions but hopefully I’ll be able to figure it out.

Oh wow, it’s really beautiful! Are you thinking of making the short or long version? Either way, I can’t wait to see it!
I’m thinking of making the short version because I am too short for the long one. It’s pretty modern (for me at least) but I really liked the curved designs on it.
