Chiffon High Low Skirt

I finished this project last month and only had a chance to post about it now.

This project was self-drafted (if you could call it that.) It was basically a large rectangle with a gathered waistband and a modified high-low hem.

I’ve worn this out a few times now and it’s very comfortable. The next version I’ll have to make the elastic casing a little neater.
